§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the Trendverse online shop (Owner: Alina Ermut, Märkische Straße 70, 42281 Wuppertal, Germany). The shop is exclusively for consumers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase. The order confirmation via email constitutes the acceptance of the offer and thus the conclusion of the contract.
§ 3 Prices and Payment
All prices are final prices in Euro including statutory value-added tax. According to § 19 UStG, no sales tax is shown (small business regulation). The following payment methods are available:
- PayPal
- Wero
The invoice amount is due immediately upon completion of the order.
§ 4 Delivery and Shipping
We only deliver to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The delivery time is usually 7–21 business days, as these are dropshipping products shipped directly from the supplier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the supplier or the shipping service provider. Shipping is free of charge.
§ 5 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. For more details, please refer to our cancellation policy.
§ 6 Warranty and Liability for Defects
The statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, please contact us by email at trendverse.shop@outlook.de. We are entitled to first rectify the defect or provide a replacement delivery.
§ 7 Limitation of Liability
Trendverse is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, Trendverse is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). Any further liability is excluded.
§ 8 Data Protection
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy.
§ 9 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers in Austria and Switzerland, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their respective home country apply, insofar as these are more favorable.
§ 10 Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
